It should be noted that in almost all cases, the load-bank is a resistive load, which is unity power factor and does not create any harmonics .Any tests such as these should only be used for a guide as to the current performance of the generator and the full controlled mains failure test with the site load should be used as the reference point as to whether or not the generator with support the site load.Should there be any note issues when testing the generator with a resistive load bank,
